City Crate Motors  Shipping Policy
Free Shipping Qualifications:
Shipping to a commercially zoned address in the lower 48 states is FREE. Please call or contact us for more information.
Some items are too large for our normal fast delivery service and will be delivered "to your door" via truck freight service. "Free Shipping GM Engines or Transmissions" applies to engines shipped in the Continental 48 States to a business address in a commercial location.
Most in-stock orders will ship same day when ordered by 3pm EST however we do ask you allow 24-48 hours for order processing. Non-stocking items may require additional processing time and additional shipping expenses may occur.  City Chevrolet will notify the customer of any changes to the order or additional fees prior to shipment by phone or email.
Shipping terms are based on delivery to the contiguous United States. If your shipment calls for delivery outside of these 48 states you must call for pricing as delivery restrictions may apply.
City  Chevrolet uses UPS as our primary shipper for all small packages. Express services are available for small packages to designated areas for an additional charge. Some items may not be able to ship air due to Hazard classification.
Items requiring the use of an LTL carrier will primarily be sent FedEx. Carrier may be changed to meet service or pricing requirements at any time. Changes in service level will be communicated prior to shipment. Residential fees or lift gate services are available to designated areas for and additional charge.
Freight charges are figured one way only. All shipments must be pre-paid, COD’s will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for freight charges for returns or exchanges.
All returns, exchanges, or warranty claims must receive prior approval. All returning freight must be accompanied by a return authorization in order to be processed. New returns and exchanges must be in original condition and package, and not installed. The box or container must be in new condition free of markings or damage.  City Chevrolet  will inspect the product upon return as the part must meet return requirements. Obtaining a return authorization does not guarantee processing. Please contact our parts department for any questions regarding return policies or procedures.
The online catalog does not reflect stocking status of a part or product availability.  City Chevrolet reserves the right to change shipping policies, carrier or pricing without prior notification. In the event an item has incorrect pricing or product information,  City Chevrolet is not required to honor published price.
